Casa Bala begins its journey in 2023, but the love for cooking comes from much earlier. Miguel Ángel learned to prepare dishes from Mediterranean cuisine directly in the kitchen of his home, together with his mother, who knew how to transmit her knowledge and secrets to him to create the tastiest dishes.
